A trusted ally for our condo/strata clients, Sandra is a chartered mediator and arbitrator. Compassionate, knowledgeable and diplomatic, her extensive experience in condo-specific conflict resolution makes her an invaluable asset to your organization.

Property Management
Ron knows condos. Over nearly 20 years as a condominium property manager in Canmore, Alberta, Ron has worked with boards managing as few as 3 units to those managing over 200. With an uncanny ability to identify both current and impending issues, Ron’s success is built on a deep desire to help, creating meaningful relationships with clients and generating creative, tailored solutions to their problems.
Katherine
Property Management
Katherine joined Condo Bridge in 2022 and brings with her the better part of 10 years experience in customer service and building construction as well as Strata Management. She is passionate about helping people and has a flare for keeping things running smoothly while getting the job done. She works seemlessly within all facets of CondoBridge’s innovative approach to Strata Management.

Operations
Shaun makes innovation happen at Condo Bridge. An engineer with a background in building evaluation and maintenance, Shaun leads our day-to-day operations. A passion for modernization, automation and making the dream of stress-free living a reality for condo owners keeps him pushing our technology and process forward in an effort to exceed the ever-changing needs of our clients.

Min is the brains behind Condo Bridge’s technology. Graduated from the University of Waterloo, Min is our platform’s system architect. Leveraging his passion for intuitive design and innovation that solves real world problems, Min has worked in the tech industry for more than 20 years, building a diverse portfolio of application, web and mobile software development experience in the process.
