Quotes and inquiries

Quote requests submitted through this website are invitations for us to contact you, they do not create a management agreement. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us and remains subject to a signed management agreement between your condominium or strata corporation and Condo Bridge.

Resident and vendor portals

The resident portal (app.condobridge.com) and vendor portal (vendor.condobridge.com) are separate services governed by their own terms and the agreements under which we manage your community. These website terms do not modify those agreements.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its data, submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use the site to send spam or malicious content.

Intellectual property

The Condo Bridge name, logo, and all content on this website, including text, graphics, and images, belong to Condo Bridge Management or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.
