If you look at a bunch of other review for property management companies, one of the common issues is errors in accounting. As the treasurer of our condo, I can tell you thats almost impossible with the way Condo Bridge does the condominiums books. Their system is almost entirely automated, and connected right to the corporations bank accounts. Financial are almost REAL TIME and always exact! Working in finance even large firms are not this advanced, if you need professional and accurate property management, especially on the administration side, no one else even comes close.
